Join the SWSFM Co-operative
To be eligible to trade at the markets the stall holder has to be a member of the Co-operative. It costs nothing to join, but your application has to be submitted to the Board and reviewed. To apply please fill in the following online form at the bottom of this page.
Principally our traders are primary producers, for example they sell their own meat, cereals, fish etc. Secondary producers add value in the form of ready meals, cakes, bread and craft produce. We are very keen that ingredients are all sourced locally and where possible from our other producers.
We provide a pitch space, 3x3m at the market for £35 a market. You have to provide your own furniture, covering and sufficient weights to tether your stall.
Haslemere Farmers’ Market is the 1st Sunday Monthly 10am-1.30pm
Milford Farmers’ Market: 3rd Sunday Monthly 10am-1.30pm
Godalming High Street Farmers’ Market, last Saturday of the month 10am-2pm
Electric is only available at Milford if booked in advance. A Zap canopy can also be hired at Milford for £5. There is no electric or canopies available at Godalming.
Markets are booked in advance, payment to be received prior to each market or paid on the day. Should a booked market be cancelled up to a week prior to the market, there is no charge. If cancelled within 7 days leading up to the market, you are still required to cover the pitch fee.
If we have not received your booking form a month after being approved by the Board, then we will not be able to hold your pitch and it will be offered to another producer.
