TILLINGBOURNE FARM IS THE HOME OF PREMIUM SMOKED FISH, LOCAL GAME AND HOME REARED MEAT
Tillingbourne Farm and Smokery has been trading on site at Abinger Hammer for the past 20 years. They pride themselves in exceptional quality fish, smoked on the premises using traditional methods.
Growing on at least 50’000 trout a year, these can purchased through the Farm Shop at Abinger, or they’ll can bring them to you at Milford Farmers’ Market.
Each month you can expect to find their signature smoked trout products, including fillets, cold smoked trout and smoked trout pate.
One of the best selling products Tillingbourne produces is their smoked salmon, which is dry cured and cold smoked over a combination of ash and oak, to a unique recipe. This provides the perfect flavour and texture for you, the customer to enjoy.
